FARDÉR: Another name inspired by the Venetian dialect, with its typical accents and elision of the final vowel.
Rich, sapid and velvety are the adjectives to describe this elegant wine produced with grapes from our region's plains. Pale straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections. A rich and full bouquet with floral hints of almond and ripe fruit, on the palate it is soft, velvety, harmonious and sapid. Ideal for aperitifs, starters and dry pastries.
Colour: Bright straw yellow with lime green reflections. Very fine, persistent bead.
Fragrance: Refined nose with hints of apple, peach and rose petals.
Flavour: Soft but full-bodied, sapid and satisfying.
Pairings: Perfect for cocktails and aperitifs, fish and shellfish first courses.
Serving temperature: 8°C.
Alcohol content: 11.5°.
Sparkling winemaking method: Following 12-18 hours of cold maceration, the wine's effervescence is created using the Charmat method, with an approx. 30-day second fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C.

Production area: Veneto Region, Province of Treviso, Valdobbiadene from selected grapes of the Company-owned vineyard in "Torri di Credazzo".
